Birth Doula Support

We believe that a big part of a doula’s role on your birth team is to help facilitate a space where you feel safe, loved, and empowered to give birth your way! Relying on our intuition and doula training' we guide you into stimulating the hormones that are naturally used in labor.

The non-medical labor support we will provide you is emotional, educational, and physical in nature. We will help you gather information and resources, listen to your worries and cares, support you in moments of vulnerability and moments of strength, be honest with you, trust that you know your limits and your body, encourage you to advocate for yourself, remind you of your values and wishes for birth, support changes, give you our best and believe in you.

Birth Doula

• 1-2 In-Home Prenatal Doula Visits. ( appointments last between 60-90 minutes)

• A seat in our child birth Ed/Comfort Measures class for you and 1 support person.

• Birth plan Formation.

• Email/phone support begins at contract signing and lasts throughout pregnancy.

• 24-hour on-call support starts at 37 weeks.

• Continuous labor support is provided to the level of mothers’ comfort.

• Immediate postpartum + breastfeeding (first latch)support.

• 1 Postpartum/follow-up home visit & support Via phone, text, and email for the first week (7 days) postpartum.

• Flexible payment plans available.

Birth Doula + Photography Package

Everything in our doula package above is included + visual documentation of your labor & birth experience; however, it may unfold. We will be there to document those moments that only happen once; Images that will remind you of how powerful you are and how much love went into giving birth to your baby.
