Postpartum Doula services

Postpartum care will look specific to your family's needs. Services include light house cleaning, small errands, Newborn care Ed. Phone and text support, meal prep, and more. Our role as your postpartum is to support you in your emotional and physical wellness as you adjusts to caring for your newborn. We will do a consult to determine basic needs and pair you with one of our postpartum doulas to put together a postpartum care plan that best fits your needs.

Contracts start with 12 hours of in-home postpartum care with a minimum of 4 hours per session/8 hours for nighttime sessions.
